Your Valuable Drivers License

Clock is Ticking - Time is not on your side...

Save Your California Drivers License

If a breath test or other test was administered with results of .08% or higher, your California driver’s license will be confiscated by the officer. You will be given document from the California DMV which is a formal notice of immediate suspension and also acts as a temporary license valid for ONLY 30 days. You have exactly 10-days to contact the Drivers Safety Office at the DMV to contest the suspension at an Administrative Hearing known as an ALS (Administrative License Suspension).

Fight to Save Your License with the DMV

As your lawyer, I will be able to represent your interests in your DMV hearing to help ensure that you have the best chance at keeping your precious driving privileges. Most people in Los Angeles need a driver’s license to keep a job and care for themselves and their families. If keeping your license is important to you, you should call me immediately to discuss your options and to learn how your right to drive can best be protected in the DMV hearing.

A California DUI / DUI arrest actually generates two separate cases – a Department of Motor Vehicles case and a court case. An individual facing a driving while intoxicated charge has only 10 days from the date of arrest – including weekends and holidays – to request a DMV hearing, or risk having his or her license automatically suspended.

Please consider carefully that the Clock is Ticking - Time is not on your side...
